Shipping Rates

Within Ontario - free standard shipping on all orders over CA$250, a $15 flat shipping rate applies to any order less than CA$250.

Other provinces within Canada - free standard shipping for all orders over CA$250, a CA$20 flat shipping rate applies to any order less than CA$250.

Customers who need to ship outside Canada please contact us at info@slowsoullife.ca or wechat ID: slowsoullife before placing your order.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to certain areas within GTA. Simply enter your postal code at checkout to find out if your address qualifies. Delivery costs vary based on your address and order value. Please see below for details.

We offer local delivery once a week. You will be contacted via text messages for delivery updates and estimates on the day of delivery. Please note that someone must be at the address to receive the package. If you are not available to receive the package and it is returned to us, an additional fee may be required for redelivery.

Self-Pickup

We offer free self pickup at 121 McMahon Dr, North York, ON, M2K 0C1. Usually, your order will be ready for pickup in 24 hours. Please contact us via email: info@slowsoullife.ca or wechat ID: slowsoullife to schedule a pickup.

Shipping & Handling Time

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order. The estimated time of delivery is 3-7 business days as the parcel is shipped. Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time from dispatch. Fulfillment times can vary especially during sales and holidays.
