Return Policy

We issue refunds or replacements if the item is defective or damaged during transportation, and we only issue replacements if the wrong item was sent.
 
As all of our products are handcrafted, there may be slight differences in colour, shape, and texture, as well as small black dots (iron powder), uneven glaze, and pin-holes on surfaces due to different glazing and firing techniques used by artisans. These techniques, we believe, add character and make each piece unique. Products with these characteristics are not considered defective. Please consider them carefully before purchasing.
 

How to return:

In the event of a defective or damaged item, we can issue a refund or a replacement:

  1. Send us a return request email to info@slowsoullife.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item, as well as whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

  3. If your order is eligible for a refund, we will send you a confirmation email and credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

  4. If your order is eligible for a replacement, we will make the arrangements at no cost to you.

 
In the event of a wrong item, we can only issue a replacement:
  1. Send us a return request email to info@slowsoullife.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the wrong items received and we will send you a confirmation email with our return address.

  3. Place each wrong item you're returning with any boxes or cases that came with your order inside the packaging.

  4. Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included, to our address. Your purchase receipt must also be included with your return.

  1. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the replacement was approved. If approved, we will make the arrangements at no cost to you.

Slow Soul Life reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if items do not meet our return policy requirements or if the return instructions are not followed.
